The Work Leads to Independence renovation project included the renovation of an existing 16,817 SF commercial building. Telamon was the Construction Manager at Risk on the project.

The project included the renovation of office space, warehouse, manufacturing, and client spaces. It also entailed many different needs specific to the client such as a day care area and handicap accessible restroom that required a handicap lifts for the toilet. Additionally, because of the very tight construction schedule (three months), the customer had to be out of their old facility and into the new one before the first of the year.

Telamon’s involvement in finishing the drawings and developing a construction was instrumental in keeping within budget and on schedule. Methodical coordination of all of the estimates, subcontractors, and scheduling ensured all deadlines were met. Despite obstacles during the remodeling of the project, the Telamaon team was proactive in tackling issues head-on and completed the project on time and under budget.
